Stainless-steel lost-wax casting services support OEM/ODM inquiries with custom color and selected surface treatment. Zinc, aluminum, copper and steel are additional material directions to define for the actual component. The custom work connects its geometry, chosen operations and finished appearance.

Drawing inputs for the component review

Available inputs include 2D/3D, CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS. Use the selected drawing to establish the part's form, dimensions and interfaces. That component definition gives the material, color and surface request a specific geometry to address, with the applicable acceptance requirements considered together.

Plating, powder coating, sand blasting or lacquer

Four surface directions are electroplating, powder coating, sand blasting and lacquer. Select the treatment for the chosen substrate and the areas being finished. Custom color can be included in that discussion, with its required appearance and surface acceptance defined for the actual component.

Selected forming and joining work

Punching, stamping, bending and riveting are further process directions available for review. Define which operations the component requires and how they relate to the lost-wax casting inquiry. The selected sequence should address the part's geometry and interfaces, with the required material and finished condition kept in view.

Testing and acceptance for the chosen part

Agree the actual testing method and acceptance criteria for the component. Identify its intended function and operating conditions when defining the relevant dimensional, surface and color requirements. These details connect the drawing, material, selected processes and requested finish to a coherent OEM/ODM manufacturing scope.
