Define a machinery component through the selected metal, casting route and finished machining requirements. This one-stop OEM service combines metal casting enquiries with CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding and wire EDM cutting according to customer requirements.

Select the component and required operations

Identify the intended stainless, iron or aluminum material grade and the shape the component needs to take. Agree the actual casting route, including the scope of any die-casting enquiry for the chosen metal. Mark which areas require turning, milling, drilling, grinding or wire EDM so the requested operations belong to one part definition.

Give ±0.01 mm a feature-level acceptance scope

The tolerance is ±0.01 mm. Identify the dimensions that need this control and confirm how their acceptance will be checked for the finished component. Provide the actual component geometry and interface dimensions with the request, keeping them consistent with the agreed tolerance acceptance.

Agree the design-data handoff

The design-input scope references PRO/E, CAD, Solid Works, IGS, UG, CAM and CAE workflows. Confirm the actual file format, revision and necessary information for the component review rather than treat every workflow label as a file extension. Keep the geometry and tolerance requirements aligned with the controlling design data.

Connect the intended application to the documentation

Application enquiries include automotive, medical, carrier, ship and excavator components. Define the actual part and operating acceptance for the project without assuming universal fit or sector qualification. If quality-system documentation is needed, confirm the holder and scope applicable to the proposed work alongside the component requirements.
