Small-order QT400 investment-casting and CNC-machining enquiries include sand-mold, brass, steel and aluminum directions. Select the actual material or designation and component drawing before agreeing the manufacturing route. The request should identify the part and the dimensional and surface result to be accepted.

Metal or other material request

Steel, brass, aluminum and magnesium are metal directions. Plastic and rubber are additional material requests requiring the actual object and manufacturing scope to be confirmed. Identify the selected material and working requirements for that component. Agree the actual operations for its geometry and intended use.

Application and working details

Electrical appliances, building accessories and sports equipment are named application directions. Define which application the component serves and the working conditions it must meet. Identify the dimensions and interfaces relevant to the requested part. Agree the inspection characteristics for those accepted requirements.

Surface selection for the component

Burr-free parts, electrolytic polishing, anodizing and powder coating are surface directions. Select the finish for the actual material and define its coverage and required appearance. The drawing should identify the surfaces and working details being accepted.

Manufacturing scope
Agree the selected investment-casting, CNC or other request direction for the actual material and object.
Finished acceptance
Bring the dimensions, surface result and inspection criteria together with the component's duty for the small-order enquiry.
