  • Why Choose Us
Compliance With PPAP and FMEA,Driven Inventory Management Systems

Custom small-batch precision casting enquiries include zinc and aluminum, with lost-wax investment casting and die casting as route directions. Select the actual alloy and component before agreeing its tooling and production scope. Aerospace is one of the named application families.

Aluminum references and selected operations

Aluminum references include 380.0, A380.0E, 383.0E, ENAC-43400, ENAC-44300 and ENAC-46000. Agree the actual material specification and route for the part. Processes include die casting, mold making, CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, wire EDM and drilling. Rapid prototyping is also available for the component request.

QC instruments and material documents

Quality-control instruments include CMM, projector, industrial microscope, roughness tester, SEM and spectrometer. Select the methods and acceptance criteria relevant to the actual component. GB/T, ASTM and DIN are material-standard families. Agree the governing document and grade with the drawing requirements.

Surface and application requirements

Sandblasting, painting, powder coating and plating are surface directions. Choose the finish for the actual material and covered surfaces. Applications include aerospace, medical, semiconductor, robotics and drone, automotive, defense and oil. Define the component duty and application-specific requirements for the selected use.

Project deliverables and certificate scope

PPAP/FMEA compliance and inventory-management systems are service directions whose project deliverables need agreement. ISO9001:2015 and TUV 01 202 CHN/Q-06 0237 are certificate references. Confirm the applicable documents and their actual object and scope. Bring the grade, drawing, duty and selected manufacturing, dimensional, surface and inspection requirements together for the prototype or small-batch enquiry.
