Precision casting inquiries cover valves, pump casings and impellers, including a high-pressure-pump use direction that requires actual service acceptance. Material directions include stainless grades 304, 316 and 2205, iron, Ti, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250. Investment/lost-wax or sand casting is selected for the actual component.
Component geometry and optional machining
Define the grade and geometry needed for the valve, casing or impeller, then establish the casting route that applies to that work. Machining is included if needed for the selected dimensions or interfaces. Agree the cast and machined acceptance with the actual component requirement, keeping the process scope tied to a defined part.
High-pressure-pump duty and actual interfaces
Establish the mating interface, medium and required pressure/temperature duty for the selected component. The high-pressure-pump direction belongs with those actual service requirements when assessing the grade and geometry. Connect the operating conditions to the finished dimensional and surface acceptance, so the casting inquiry addresses the specific valve or pump-component task.
Four finishes and custom requirements
Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are finish directions for the selected material and surfaces. OEM/ODM work and custom-logo requirements are supported for the component inquiry. Define the logo content and location with the actual geometry and required finish so the custom work scope is clear.
Complete component inspection
A 100% inspection direction applies to the casting parts, with the actual checks and acceptance criteria agreed for the selected dimensions and surfaces. Relate those checks to the grade, route, optional machining and intended service. This makes the quality discussion specific to the valve, pump casing or impeller being requested.
