ProcessCasting, CNC, turning, milling, 5 AxisToleranceCustomer's Drawing Request
Custom precision metal-component enquiries include investment casting, CNC, turning, milling and 5-axis directions. Material choices are grey iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. Select the actual grade and manufacturing operations with the drawing for the requested part.
Material and component duty
Application directions include industry, automotive, agriculture, aviation, construction and electrical uses. Identify the actual component duty and the acceptance requirements associated with that use. The chosen material and casting or CNC scope should correspond to that drawing and finished result.
Customized size and drawing tolerance
Size is customized, and tolerance follows the customer's drawing request. Identify the dimensions and machining areas required for the part. Design files for the custom CNC/casting review can be PDF, CAD, DWG or DXF in 2D, or IGES, STEP or VDA in 3D. Agree the accepted dimensional result for the selected operations.
- Geometry
- The drawing defines the custom component and its required dimensions.
- Operations
- Selected casting, turning, milling or 5-axis work has identified acceptance criteria.
Surface finish and document scope
Surface choices include anodizing, powder coating, polishing and sandblasting. Choose the actual condition and the surfaces it covers for the material. GB/T19001-2016 and ISO9001:2015 are certification or standard references, with applicable documents and object scope to confirm. Combine those requirements with the dimensional, surface and inspection criteria for the finished component.
