Industrial precision casting enquiries can be developed around a selected material, manufacturing route and finished surface. The material directions include carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Confirm the actual material for the requested component, including any brass requirement, before agreeing the process.
Choose the casting arrangement
Investment casting, lost wax and die casting are process directions for the service. Establish which route applies to the chosen material and part geometry rather than treating the process names as an interchangeable set. OEM/ODM customization can then be discussed around that specific component and its required dimensions.
Allocate the dimensional tolerance
The tolerance reference is +/- 0.05 mm, with customized dimensions for the part. Identify the dimensions and process stages to which the required tolerance applies, together with the inspection acceptance. That allocation gives the precision inquiry a specific drawing requirement instead of an assumption about every surface.
Select the finished appearance
Chrome plating, nickel plating and polishing are available surface directions. Choose the required treatment for the actual material and describe the finished condition to be accepted. Durability and resistance to deformation are qualitative performance directions, so relate them to the intended component use and the required acceptance.
Agree the inspection scope
100% inspection is offered for this industrial casting work. Define the characteristics to be checked against the component drawing and finish requirements. Provide the selected material, casting route, dimensions and treatment criteria together so the OEM/ODM inquiry has a clear manufacturing and inspection scope.
