OEM/ODMWarmly Welcomed
Industrial pump parts, custom valve bodies and impellers are offered through precision lost wax casting, with machining when needed and surface treatment. OEM and ODM requests can include a custom logo. Select the material and manufacturing scope around the actual fluid-control or rotating component.
Stainless, iron and titanium directions
Material requests include stainless steel 304, 316 and 2205, iron and titanium, together with GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250 designations. Keep the selected grade explicit for the part rather than assuming those designations are interchangeable. Agree the casting route for that material and geometry, including the scope of any sand-casting request.
Optional machining and treated surfaces
Machining is available if required by the casting, with the relevant features defined on the component drawing. Surface-treatment directions include sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying. Specify the treatment needed on each surface and confirm the exact electrolysis method where requested, so the finish scope is connected to the selected material and part duty.
Inspection and component duty
100% inspection is offered for the pump, valve-body and impeller cast parts. Agree the inspection content and records against the drawing, material and finish acceptance. For a pump or valve application, identify fluid, pressure, temperature and mating requirements; for an impeller, include the relevant rotational duty and geometry. Approve the casting against those actual operating requirements before using it in the intended equipment.
