    Customized OEM

Customized OEM turbine/turbo impeller requests include precision lost wax investment casting and turning, milling or CNC-center work. Aluminum, copper, brass and plastic are actual material directions, with the chosen material and manufacturing route to confirm for the particular component. Size is customized to the accepted part requirements.

Impeller material and manufacturing route

Define the actual part geometry, supplied material/grade and intended working duty. Allocate casting or machining to that component and its required features. For a plastic request, establish the actual manufacturing route. A galvanized direction needs its substrate and required condition clearly defined with the component specification.

Powder, plated, oxide and anodized surfaces

Surface-treatment directions are powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodizing. Select the actual finish for the chosen material and identify the areas to treat. Agree the accepted appearance and final condition with the component's dimensional requirements. Define the checks or records needed to accept the selected surfaces.

Application duty and customized OEM acceptance

Application directions include appliance, auto, building and capital equipment work. Specify the real component and duty within the intended application. Set its dimensional and functional acceptance with the required operations and material condition. Confirm project quantity and actual OEM design/manufacturing responsibility with the complete part definition, machining scope and selected finish. Agree the required inspection/documentation, accepted drawing revision and final component condition before completing the request.
