High dimensional accuracy, Corrosion resistant, Smooth surface

OEM stainless-steel valve bodies use silica-sol investment/lost-wax casting for industrial fluid control, water-treatment and oil/gas enquiries. The service scope emphasizes dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and a smooth surface. Define the actual valve-body geometry and operating conditions before selecting the material, size and final treatment for the component.

Connect the material to the fluid duty

Material choices include SS304, SS316, carbon steel, alloy steel and aluminum. Identify the actual fluid, environment and operating conditions for the proposed valve body, then select the exact alloy specification against that duty. Carry the material decision into the required functional and finished-surface acceptance for the intended installation.

Set the body geometry and dimensional scope

Size is customizable, with a maximum-dimension reference of 500mm and larger sizes reviewed per drawing. Define the required overall geometry and the interfaces important to the selected valve component. Agree finished dimensions and inspection acceptance for those details, including any drawing-defined requirement beyond the reference dimension.

Choose the surface and appearance together

Finish enquiries include polishing, powder coating, zinc plating and chrome plating. Silver, black, gold and custom colors are appearance choices for the component. Select the combination compatible with the actual material and fluid environment, then agree the relevant surface areas and accepted smoothness or appearance for the valve body.

Approve the selected fluid-control component

Review the alloy, casting geometry and compatible finish as one valve-body definition. Agree the actual dimensional, surface and functional checks needed by the fluid-control, water-treatment or oil/gas duty. Confirm the accepted component requirements before production, keeping the review specific to the proposed installation and finished result.
