OEM stainless steel lost wax investment casting and CNC precision machining support machinery and industrial component enquiries. CT4–CT6 is the casting-tolerance range, with sand blasting and polishing as surface-treatment choices. Select the required steel designation, component geometry and finished condition when defining the part for the order.

Choose the exact material designation and standard

Material enquiries include 304, 316, 310 and 1.4301 designations. Identify the grade and governing material standard required by the industrial component rather than assuming that different designations are interchangeable. If a carbon steel component is required, specify its grade separately so that the material and casting enquiry refer to a clearly defined choice.

Allocate the casting class and CNC dimensions

Use CT4–CT6 as the reference for agreed casting dimensions. The CNC precision machining provision can be discussed against the interfaces and surfaces that require a machined condition. Define those dimensional requirements separately from the casting class, allowing the custom component review to distinguish the cast body from its final controlled dimensions.

Agree the finish and full-inspection acceptance

Choose sand blasting or polishing for the surfaces that need the selected treatment. These OEM industrial cast components receive 100% inspection, with the methods and acceptance criteria to be agreed for the part. Identify the dimensional and surface requirements the inspection must address. ISO9001:2015 certification supports qualification review, with the current object and scope checked against the buyer's order requirements.
