OEM silica sol investment and lost wax castings cover stainless steel and carbon steel machinery or industrial components. Stainless grade choices include 304, 316, 310 and 1.4301, with CNC precision machining and CT4–CT6 casting tolerance.
Choose the machinery component's steel grade
Identify the exact stainless or carbon steel grade for the part and connect it to the component geometry. The stainless options of 304, 316, 310 and 1.4301 give the enquiry named material directions rather than a single general steel description. The chosen grade should remain consistent through the casting, machining and finished-surface requirements.
Silica sol casting and CNC dimensions
The silica sol lost wax process provides the casting direction, with CT4–CT6 as the casting tolerance reference. CNC precision machining is available for the component's further dimensional requirements. Keep those machining criteria linked to the selected grade and geometry. Identify which areas need machining and agree their acceptance separately from the casting grade so the enquiry describes both the cast form and the required finished dimensions.
Sandblasted or polished parts under inspection
Sandblasting and polishing are the named surface treatments for the custom work. These OEM steel castings receive 100% inspection, with the required checks to be assigned to the selected grade, dimensions and finished surfaces. Confirm the applicable ISO9001:2015 certificate scope if formal documentation is needed, alongside the machinery component's actual technical acceptance criteria.
