Custom OEM precision steel pump-part work includes casting and machining services. Size, specification and wall thickness follow drawings, with custom surface treatment. Raw-material control, heat treatment and finished-product inspection are quality/process directions, accompanied by full-process service and project-specific planning arrangements.
Pump drawing controls wall thickness and mating dimensions
Select the supplied steel specification and define the actual pump component on its drawing. Assign wall thickness, geometry and controlled dimensions to the areas needed for the working duty and interfaces. Allocate casting and machining work to those requirements. Establish the final fit and functional criteria that the selected component must satisfy in its actual application.
Raw material, thermal work and finished-surface acceptance
Agree raw-material control and any selected heat-treatment requirements for the supplied steel. Choose the actual surface method and covered areas, with final condition defined against the drawing. Set the characteristics, methods and records for finished-product inspection. Connect the selected material and thermal/surface work to dimensional and functional acceptance for that pump part.
Design-stage and full-process responsibilities
Full-process service includes the design-stage request, with actual work allocation to agree. Flexible scheduling and fast response are service-planning directions whose actual arrangements depend on the accepted project. Define the required design, manufacturing and inspection responsibilities for the selected work. Confirm quantity and OEM acceptance with the supplied steel, drawing-based wall thickness, finished condition and pump duty, including any required application evidence.
