OEM precision stainless steel lost wax investment castings are offered with a 100% custom-made design scope. Size follows the customer's 3D drawing and the minimum order is negotiable. Define the actual part and accepted condition for the custom casting rather than selecting an assumed stock geometry.
3D definition of the stainless component
Use the 3D drawing to identify the shape and dimensions required by the part. Select the exact stainless grade and describe the working duty that governs its material acceptance. Agree the geometry controlling fit and function, keeping the selected material connected to the current drawing revision throughout the custom-design request.
Casting precision and final part condition
Specify numerical dimensional acceptance for the actual casting and identify the dimensions to which it applies. High quality and precision are qualitative directions, with the required accepted result defined for the component. Establish the final surface and functional condition needed by its duty, including any work that should be discussed separately from the casting scope.
Custom design, verification and negotiable quantity
The complete customization percentage applies to design. Agree actual inspection methods and required material or dimensional records separately for the selected stainless part. Discuss the project quantity under the negotiable minimum-order direction, with the final component definition and accepted condition established together. Confirm the complete OEM scope using the grade, 3D geometry, numerical acceptance and verification requirements agreed for that order.
