OEM and ODM customization covers die-cast auto and machine spare-part enquiries, with aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and copper material directions. Stainless steel, iron and forging are additional requested directions. Choose the actual material and manufacturing route for the component before defining its precision, surface treatment and finished-part acceptance.

Match the route to the spare part

Casting with machining if needed and subsequent surface treatment is offered. Define the geometry and any dimensions requiring further work for the selected component. A casting request and a forging request need their own agreed route; the material menu does not assign every metal to one process. Specify the actual alloy grade and the required condition for the auto or machine application.

Drawings and dimensional acceptance

Sizes are customized to the component requirement. The tolerance reference is 0.01; confirm its unit, applicable feature and manufacturing stage before treating it as a dimensional acceptance limit.

2D definition
PDF and CAD drawing formats are accepted directions. Identify the relevant revision and dimensions to control.
3D geometry
IGES and STEP are accepted 3D formats. Agree how the model and dimensional drawing define the required part.

Chosen surface and customized color

Anodizing is the stated surface-treatment direction, with customized color available. Confirm its suitability for the selected material, the surfaces to be treated and the required visual result. Agree the actual material, route, machining scope and dimensional and color criteria together so the OEM or ODM spare-part request describes a clear accepted result.
