Machining ProcessLost Wax+CNC Mechining
Custom industrial stainless steel investment casting supports OEM/ODM component enquiries through silica sol and lost-wax processing. Machining can be included when needed, with CNC work available and surfaces defined to customer request. The service also covers heat-resistant cast-steel enquiries, with the selected material and operating conditions established for the project.
Define the industrial steel component
The required steel grade and component geometry give the casting enquiry its starting point. Identify the interfaces and controlled dimensions for the intended industrial part. These details keep the selected material and manufacturing work tied to the same component. They also provide the basis for discussing its requested surface condition.
Relate heat resistance to actual exposure
A heat-resistant cast-steel enquiry should identify the grade, temperature and exposure conditions required by the application. Agree the acceptance relevant to that operating duty. This allows the actual heat-service requirement to be considered alongside the part geometry. The custom component discussion can then address the required material and use conditions together.
Select the CNC and surface work
Lost-wax casting can be combined with CNC machining for the areas that require it. Mark those areas and state their final dimensional requirements. Surface treatment follows the customer's request, so specify the condition needed on the relevant faces. The machining and surface definition should describe the same finished part.
Set inspection around the ordered geometry
Custom cast components receive 100% inspection, with the actual dimensional and surface criteria established for the order. Identify the inspection method and acceptance needed for the selected material, geometry and finish. This connects overall coverage to the component's specific requirements and gives the industrial OEM/ODM enquiry a practical basis for final evaluation.
