Custom OEM precision power/propulsion and turbo-engine component inquiries include investment/lost-wax casting, CNC machining and HIP. Material directions cover Inconel 718/625, titanium alloy and stainless steel, alongside broader steel, cast-iron and aluminum work. The actual alloy, component and manufacturing route should be selected together.
Material and route for the propulsion component
Vacuum, sand and die casting are additional route directions for the actual material and component inquiry. Use directions include turbine engines, UAV propulsion systems and industrial power units, with kerosene/diesel-fuel engine references. Define the component function and geometry, then agree which material and casting/CNC/HIP scope apply to that particular task.
Alloy-dependent temperature and speed references
Temperature-resistance capability is at least 1000°C depending on alloy. The maximum-speed reference is 30,000–100,000 RPM. Establish their applicability to the selected alloy, component geometry and intended operating envelope. Agree the actual duty and test acceptance for the requested part, keeping those references tied to the component and qualification required for its use.
Precision-grade dimensions and finishing
The precision-grade tolerance reference is ±0.01–0.05 mm. Identify the controlled dimensions, manufacturing stage and measurement basis for the actual component. Finishing directions include grinding, polishing, sand blasting, coating and heat treatment. Select the material-appropriate work and define the areas and finished condition to inspect, connecting the dimensional and surface requirements to the same part.
Inspection evidence and six design inputs
Inspection videos and machinery test reports are provided for the inquiry scope. Drawing inputs include 2D PDF, DWG and DXF, plus 3D STEP, IGS and STP. Agree the actual report content and inspection/test criteria for the selected material, geometry and operating duty. Include the required qualification and finished-part acceptance with those inputs so the custom component request has a specific manufacturing and evidence scope.
