OEM casting services cover aluminum alloy, steel and iron parts with customer-required dimensions. Investment, sand, die and lost wax casting are route choices for the custom component, with mold making included in the service direction.
Start from a sample, drawing or idea
A sample, drawing or initial idea can form the input to an OEM casting enquiry. Software support includes PRO/E, Auto CAD, Solid Works, UG and CAM, allowing the design discussion to be tied to the customer's chosen technical input. Describe the component geometry and identify the dimensions that need to be carried into the mold and casting requirement.
Match the route and surface treatment
Aluminum alloy, steel and iron are separate material choices, and the casting method should be selected for the actual metal and component. Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface-treatment directions to discuss alongside that choice. Identifying the required finished surfaces together with the alloy and dimensions gives the enquiry a defined material, route and finish combination.
Third-party testing to the requirement
Third-party testing can be arranged according to the customer's requirements. Specify the object to be tested, the required assessment and the report or certification scope needed for the project. This makes testing part of the particular OEM component requirement and connects the finished casting, selected surfaces and dimensional acceptance to the evidence the customer actually needs.
