Drawing RequirementsTo Be Confirmed for Each Project
This 316 stainless-steel spotlight base combines lost-wax investment casting and CNC machining for outdoor spotlight inquiries. Its reference dimensions are 300 × 300 × 80 mm. OEM custom casting is available with a minimum of 100 pieces, and drawing requirements are confirmed for each project.
Reference dimensions and spotlight fit
The 300 × 300 × 80 mm size gives the base discussion a defined component scale. Relate those dimensions to the spotlight's actual mating geometry and the surfaces involved in its connection. The selected design should establish the orientation, interfaces and dimensional acceptance, keeping the reference envelope connected to the particular light it will support.
Lost-wax form with CNC interfaces
316 stainless steel is the material direction for the base. Lost-wax investment casting establishes the cast form, while CNC machining addresses the features specified for the custom component. Identify those machined areas in relation to the rest of the casting so that material, cast geometry and finished interfaces are considered together. Numerical tolerances should follow the agreed project requirements.
Outdoor placement and the custom scope
The intended application is an outdoor spotlight base. Establish the actual site conditions, surface requirements and the way the base connects to the spotlight and its installation. Those decisions define what the selected component needs to satisfy in use. With a hundred-piece minimum, the custom inquiry should carry the same approved base geometry and interface requirements through the casting and CNC discussion, giving the project a clear component and acceptance basis.
