OEM/ODM stainless-steel machinery parts combine lost-wax casting with CNC machining and drawing-defined customization. Customer requirements determine the size, surface treatment and color of the component. Use the actual machinery drawing to connect those choices to the cast geometry, finished interfaces and accepted manufacturing result.
Make the machinery drawing the controlling definition
Select the exact stainless specification and identify the current drawing revision for the part. Define its machine interfaces, functional dimensions and the geometry required in the finished component. Explain the actual machinery duty alongside those details, so that material and manufacturing decisions follow the same intended use.
Identify which areas remain part of the casting definition and which details require CNC work. Agree the finished dimensions and measurement references for the relevant interfaces before approving the process sequence.
Coordinate the requested surface and color
Surface treatment follows the customer's requirement, with customized color available for the selected machinery part. Define the areas, appearance and final condition required for that component. Review those requirements with the material and CNC-finished geometry, keeping surface acceptance connected to the actual interfaces and duty of the machine part.
Agree precision and system acceptance
Customized precision-casting requirements should identify the accepted dimensions and inspection criteria on the actual drawing. Review the applicable ISO9001:2015 certificate scope for the manufacturing service alongside those component requirements. Confirm the selected grade, CNC sequence, surface/color and accepted finished result together before approving the OEM/ODM machinery casting.
