OEM/ODM precision investment castings offer stainless-steel, carbon-steel and alloy-steel directions for industrial machinery, automotive and electrical applications. CNC lathe and CNC milling-center work support the requested component. Casting and machining have separate technical references, with heat-treatment, surface and quality-planning choices defined for the actual steel part.
Separate CT4–CT9 casting from machined requirements
The casting tolerance reference is CT4–CT9, while machining references are ±0.005mm and ISO2768-mk. Identify the controlled cast dimensions and critical CNC-machined features separately on the actual component definition. Agree the applicable requirement for each feature so the precision references are connected to the actual geometry and manufacturing stage.
Select the steel condition and surface result
Heat-treatment directions include annealing, quenching and tempering, and solution treatment. Choose the applicable condition for the selected steel grade and intended service. Surface choices include zinc plating, painting, powder coating and electropolishing, with the treatment areas and desired result agreed alongside the finished dimensions.
Define the quality-planning and acceptance scope
Quality support includes PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, control plans and MSA. Define which documents and activities are needed for the actual industrial-machinery, automotive or electrical component. Connect that scope to the selected grade, heat condition, machined features and surface requirements. Agree the dimensional and surface acceptance criteria and the records needed to evaluate them, keeping the quality plan tied to the actual OEM/ODM part.
