Tolerance0.01mm
OEM/ODM custom casting directions cover stainless steel, iron, brass, zinc and aluminum alloy through pressure/die, vacuum and investment-casting inquiries. Aluminum work combines die casting, machining and customer-requested surface treatment. The tolerance reference is 0.01mm, with the actual material, geometry and controlled manufacturing scope to select for the component.
Actual alloy and casting route for the part
Identify the selected material designation and the component to be supplied. Agree the pressure/die, vacuum or investment-casting direction for that particular request. Relate the material and route to the part geometry and intended supplied condition, establishing the cast areas and interfaces addressed by the actual manufacturing task.
0.01mm dimensional and stage requirements
Define the controlled dimensions and manufacturing stages governed by the 0.01mm reference. Establish the measurement basis and acceptance needed for those selected areas. Connect the cast and machined geometry to the actual part requirements, agreeing which interfaces need the requested precision within the supplied component.
Machined areas and customer-requested surfaces
Identify the machining work needed after the selected casting process. Define the actual surface treatment, covered areas and supplied condition required for the material and component. Relate those choices to the important dimensions and appearance requirements, establishing dimensional and surface acceptance after the included manufacturing operations.
Geometry inputs and full component inspection
Drawing inputs are 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Quality control for the requested precision-casting component includes 100% inspection. Agree the actual checks and acceptance for the selected material, controlled dimensions and finished surfaces, connecting the supplied drawing and manufacturing scope to the part's inspection requirements.
