Precision custom-component enquiries include stainless-steel, carbon-steel and other alloy investment-casting directions. Precision zinc-alloy die-cast parts are also named, alongside aluminum-alloy material choices. Select the actual component, grade and manufacturing route before setting the dimensional and finished-condition requirements.
Grade and application direction
Aluminum-alloy choices include ADC12, optional A380 and ADC10, with zinc another material direction. Customized robot-parts-processing sizes and precision industrial valves and fittings are application directions. Identify the material and route for the specific robot, valve or fitting component, together with its actual duty and drawing.
Size and unsigned tolerance scope
The maximum size reference is 1500mm × 800mm × 600mm. Confirm its application to the requested part and actual manufacturing route. The tolerance reference is 0.01mm without a signed value. Agree its covered dimensions, acceptance stage and measurement method for the drawing being reviewed.
Choose the finished surface
Surface directions include powder coating, shotblasting, painting, as cast, polishing and passivation. Select the actual condition for the chosen material and identify the relevant surfaces. Agree the dimensional and surface inspection criteria for the finished result.
OEM/ODM and quality-document scope
OEM and ODM service is available for the custom-component request. ISO9001:2015, IATF16949 and ROHS are certification references, with applicable documents and object scope to confirm. Combine the material, drawing and application duty with the selected route, tolerance coverage and surface acceptance for the manufacturing review.
