Discuss a power or propulsion component with its material, casting route and finished requirements defined together. This precision metal casting service covers turbocharger and turbine-wheel enquiries, including Inconel 718, Inconel 625, titanium alloy and stainless steel material choices.

Choose the material and manufacturing sequence

Investment or lost wax casting, CNC machining and HIP are available process directions. Vacuum, sand and die-casting requests also need an agreed route for the chosen component and metal. Define the actual sequence around the part geometry rather than assume that every material uses every process in the wider service range.

Agree temperature and speed for the actual component

The temperature requirement of ≥1000°C is alloy-dependent, and the rotational-speed range is 30,000–100,000 RPM. Discuss these figures against the selected component, alloy and intended operating duty, with an accepted test and operating envelope. Turbine-engine, UAV propulsion and industrial-power enquiries need their own component requirements, including the actual engine context where kerosene or diesel operation is involved.

Connect dimensional control to the finishing route

The precision tolerance is ±0.01–0.05 mm. Identify the dimensions and acceptance method that apply to the component, together with the required grinding, polishing, sand blasting, coating or heat treatment. The finished condition should be agreed alongside the casting and CNC scope, so the inspection brief covers the actual part requirements.

Define the drawing and report requirements

2D PDF, DWG or DXF and 3D STEP, IGS or STP files can support the enquiry. A machinery test report is provided; confirm its object, contents and applicability to the ordered component. Agree the required evidence for the project rather than assume that an unspecified report establishes every operating condition.
