OEM and ODM custom services include aluminum and zinc die-casting parts and stainless steel investment-casting enquiries. Broader material directions include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals and precious metals. Select the actual material, component drawing and manufacturing route before defining the treatment and accepted finished result.
Choose the route and material specification
Die casting, sand casting, investment casting and lost-foam casting are available route directions. ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF and AS are standard-system references requiring the actual document and grade to be selected. Applications include auto, motorcycle, energy, medical devices and robotics. Define the working conditions and acceptance requirements for the component in its selected application.
Heat treatment and surface operations
Quenching and tempering, plus solution and aging, are heat-treatment directions. Choose the required treatment for the actual material. Powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving and sandblasting are offered surface directions. Agree treatment coverage, marking details where relevant and the accepted surface result for the component, with each operation assigned to the selected manufacturing route.
Inspection and drawing-based acceptance
The inspection menu covers metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT and CMM, together with 100% visual inspection and 100% gauge inspection. Select the actual methods and acceptance criteria; the two percentage references belong to visual and gauge checks. ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 are certification references with applicable documents to confirm. Drawing formats include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP, with the current revision and selected material, process and inspection requirements agreed for the OEM or ODM request.
