Custom OEM and ODM lost wax casting services include precision mold making and customized size/structural design. Material directions cover iron/cast iron, steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy. Die casting and CNC are additional work directions, with the actual route and operations selected for the component and material.

Mold and component design for the chosen material

Choose the exact grade and define the part geometry, size and structural requirements. Agree mold-making responsibility with the actual casting route rather than treating the material menu as one universal process. Automotive, electronics, home-hardware and mechanical requests should be defined by their real duty and final component acceptance.

5-axis and lathe work with polished surfaces

Supporting machining directions are 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing. Identify the features and accepted dimensions requiring those operations on the selected component. Surface directions include polishing and cleaning, with the areas and final condition to agree. Keep the casting, machining and finished-surface requirements consistent with the component's material and geometry.

Inspection from prototype to production

Full-process inspection is offered across the agreed manufacturing work. Define the stages, methods, acceptance criteria and records needed for the part, with actual coverage specified for each check. The production scope runs from prototype to mass production. Confirm the required phase and project quantity with the complete OEM or ODM component definition, including route allocation, dimensional acceptance and the polished/cleaned condition.
