Custom cast-iron/aluminum agricultural machinery and hardware parts have HT250, QT500, GGG50 and ADC12 material references. OEM/ODM service covers vacuum/investment-casting inquiries and die, sand or lost-foam casting directions. Select the actual grade and route for the component, with powder coating, zinc plating or laser engraving among the surface choices.
Material designation and the selected casting route
Broader materials include steel, aluminum, iron, magnesium, zinc, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals and precious metals. Define the actual designation and component geometry required for the task. Agree the manufacturing route for that material and the cast dimensions/interfaces needed for its intended function, establishing the supplied part and its dimensional acceptance.
Heat treatment and coating or engraving
Heat-treatment directions are quenching/tempering and solution/aging. Select the material-appropriate work and the required condition after treatment. Identify the powder-coated, zinc-plated or laser-engraved areas, agreeing their dimensional and surface acceptance. Connect those requirements to the component geometry and the selected material and casting route.
Visual, gauge and material-inspection requirements
Inspection methods include metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT and CMM. Quality control for the requested casting includes 100% visual inspection and 100% gauge inspection. Define the actual test areas, controlled dimensions and acceptance, relating those checks to the selected grade, geometry and treated surfaces of the supplied component.
Application, standards and geometry files
Other applications include auto, motorcycle, energy, medical-device and robotics components. Reference standard families are ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF and AS; inputs are 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Define the actual component duty and any required qualification, connecting its material/route and geometry to the dimensional, treatment and inspection acceptance for the selected request.
