Custom stainless steel garden fountain nozzles combine lost-wax casting, CNC machining and surface treatment. OEM and ODM service supports the selected nozzle shape, with 100% inspection and surface acceptance targeting freedom from burrs and sand holes.

Connect the nozzle geometry to the fountain arrangement

Start the enquiry with the desired nozzle shape, connection dimensions and intended garden fountain layout. Define the required water-display result and the flow and pressure available from the system. Those inputs allow the nozzle design to be reviewed against the actual fountain duty. Include the relevant mating interfaces on the drawing so that the casting geometry and CNC requirements can be considered together.

Select the stainless grade and final surface

Choose the stainless grade for the actual water conditions and operating environment. Agree the final surface treatment and identify any areas where appearance or connection fit requires specific acceptance. The casting, CNC and surface stages need a common component definition, particularly at the controlled interfaces. Keep the required nozzle dimensions and finished surface connected to the intended water-system arrangement when reviewing the custom design.

Set inspection criteria for the finished nozzle

The custom garden nozzles are subject to 100% inspection. Agree which dimensions, CNC interfaces and surface areas are checked, with acceptance criteria for burrs and sand holes. Define any inspection records or additional process evidence needed for the garden fountain project. Review those requirements with the selected material, final surface and operating inputs so that the finished nozzle has a component-specific acceptance plan. This also keeps the inspection decision tied to the actual custom geometry.
