Custom aluminum-component work covers die, sand and gravity casting plus CNC machining. OEM/ODM service includes design or production to customer drawings and small-quantity availability. Powder coating, polishing, nickeling, anodizing and electrophoresis provide surface directions, with the actual material and manufacturing scope selected for the requested component.
Ten material references and actual process selection
Material references include ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075. Select the actual designation and the casting or CNC route applicable to that part. Relate the grade/process choice to the component geometry and required supplied condition, establishing the material and dimensional acceptance for the request.
Customer drawing, design work and CNC areas
Identify the actual design or production task and the geometry it needs to address. Define the important cast dimensions and the interfaces requiring CNC work. Agree the finished dimensions and measurement criteria for those areas, connecting the selected drawing and manufacturing scope to the component's intended function and acceptance.
Five surface-treatment directions
Choose powder coating, polishing, nickeling, anodizing or electrophoresis according to the actual material and component requirements. Identify the treated areas and their required finished condition. Relate those surfaces to the controlled cast and machined dimensions, agreeing appearance and dimensional acceptance after the selected operations.
Full inspection for the selected aluminum component
The aluminum casting/CNC request includes 100% inspection within its quality scope. Define the actual checks needed for the selected material, interfaces and surface work. Connect the small-quantity or other requested manufacturing scope to the component drawing, agreeing the supplied-part condition and inspection acceptance for that particular OEM/ODM task.
