OEM/ODM custom manufacturing is offered for aluminum alloy die-casting and CNC turning/machining requests. The service includes 100% inspection, with the actual component and its acceptance requirements defining the work to be agreed.
Use the turning request to identify finished geometry
Show which areas of the component require turning and how they relate to the rest of the cast shape. Identify the finished diameters, axial dimensions and mating interfaces that matter to the intended assembly. These details give the machining discussion a component-specific purpose and distinguish a general casting request from one requiring defined turned surfaces.
Choose a material and allocate the process
Aluminum is the principal alloy direction, with brass, zinc and steel also available as material-service requests. Select the actual grade and agree the appropriate casting and machining work for that component. Keep material, geometry and process allocation together so the request has a consistent definition from cast form to finished interfaces.
Make inspection follow the assembly requirements
One hundred percent inspection is offered for the custom work. Define which characteristics determine acceptance, including the dimensions and surface conditions relevant to the component's use. An inspection request becomes more useful when the important interfaces and their limits are identified instead of relying on the word precision alone.
- Fit requirements
- Locate the dimensions that establish the part's position or engagement in the assembly.
- Finished condition
- Describe the required condition of turned and other relevant surfaces.
Bring the custom order into focus
Supply the component geometry, selected material and intended assembly context. Agree the turning scope and final acceptance with the casting work before the order is finalized. These inputs give the OEM/ODM request a practical basis for defining the finished component.
