Custom complex industrial metal-part requests include precision investment casting and CNC machining with OEM and ODM prototype or mass-production directions. Casting and CNC tolerances follow the drawing. Drawing review, mold-flow simulation and DFM analysis support the selected component, while actual material and acceptance requirements need definition.
Drawing review, mold flow and DFM for complex geometry
Provide the supplied material specification and geometry for the industrial component. Agree the actual review and analysis scope and how its outputs apply to the selected casting/CNC work. Define the controlled limits and interfaces required by the accepted drawing and working duty.
STEP, IGS, DWG or PDF under an agreed drawing arrangement
These are accepted drawing-format labels, with actual file compatibility and content to agree. An NDA agreement is available for drawings; establish its actual terms and handling arrangements for the project. Connect the accepted input to the component requirements and allocated engineering responsibilities.
Spectrometer, X-ray, MPI and CMM inspection directions
Specify the characteristics and methods required for the selected component. Allocate spectrometer, X-ray test, MPI and CMM coordinate measuring to the actual material, geometry and inspection plan. Agree the necessary acceptance criteria and records for that work.
Finish and in-house one-stop work scope
Various metal surface-finishing services and in-house one-stop manufacturing are supported scope directions. Choose the actual finish and establish the responsible organization/site and operations included for this component. Relate the selected work to dimensional, surface and functional acceptance.
Prototype comparison or production acceptance
Define the characteristics a prototype must represent or the criteria for the selected production work. ISO is an unspecified document/reference family and RoHS a conformity reference; agree the exact documents, object and current applicability where required. Confirm quantity and OEM/ODM responsibilities against the accepted drawing, inspection and industrial-duty requirements.
