Precision mechanical-spare-part directions include carbon steel, cast iron and SS304 stainless-steel investment casting. OEM/ODM shape and specification support combines with CNC milling and 3/4/5/6-axis machining capability. The actual component requires a selected material and casting/CNC scope, defined around its geometry and intended mechanical use.

Select the material and machining scope

Other material directions include titanium, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel alloys. Choose the actual grade and determine which geometry is produced through casting and which areas require CNC milling. Define the applicable 3/4/5/6-axis work for the selected component, keeping material and operation requirements connected to the mechanical spare part being supplied.

Agree the surface and appearance requirements

Surface directions are sandblasting, plating, anodizing and dusting. Establish the actual dusting treatment required for the request and identify the areas receiving the selected finish. A bright, clean appearance is also a surface direction. Agree its acceptance with the component geometry and finished dimensions, so that the required appearance refers to the actual supplied part.

Use samples and final inspection for acceptance

Samples are available for the custom mechanical-component work. Final inspection covers 100% of the requested parts; agree the dimensional and appearance criteria for that review. Use the sample requirements and inspection acceptance together with the selected grade, casting/CNC operations and surface treatment. This keeps the OEM/ODM specification focused on the finished spare part and the mechanical use it is intended to serve.
