Custom OEM and ODM casting requests include aluminum-bronze/AB and brass directions, with material, shape and finish selected to customer requirements. Sand, shell, pressure-die-molding and investment-casting directions require actual material and route allocation. Machining is available if needed, with plating as a surface-treatment direction.

Aluminum-bronze/AB or brass to the selected drawing

Specify the actual supplied alloy and any AB identity or grade required for the component. Define the customized shape and dimensions, then select the casting method appropriate to that accepted material and geometry. Allocate optional machining to the locations requiring the selected finished dimensions.

Plated areas and drawing-defined final condition

Choose the actual plating method and treated areas for the supplied component. Define the surface condition and its acceptance criteria against the drawing request. Relate the selected finish to the material, geometry and working interfaces that the part must satisfy.

Drawing files and the sample's comparison purpose

Drawing inputs include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Agree actual file compatibility and complete drawing requirements for the selected work. Samples are supplied, with the actual type and characteristics represented to agree. Define how a chosen sample will be compared with material, dimensional and finish acceptance.

ISO9001:2015 applicability and accepted OEM/ODM duties

ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference whose exact document, responsible organization/site and current applicable scope need confirmation where required. Agree inspected characteristics, methods and records for the component's actual duty and finished condition. Confirm quantity and OEM/ODM responsibilities with the accepted alloy, casting route, drawing and sample-comparison scope.
