Customized 316Ti stainless steel precision lost wax investment casting is offered through OEM and ODM service. The part can be discussed with customized dimensions, machining when needed and surface treatment. Define the specific grade and component drawing so casting, optional machining and finish requirements refer to the intended stainless steel part.
Keep the 316Ti project distinct from other materials
Material choices also include brass and aluminum alongside stainless steel. Specify 316Ti and the applicable material document when that is the required grade. A brass or aluminum project needs its own material and component definition rather than being treated as an interchangeable version of the stainless casting.
Apply the tolerance range to drawn dimensions
The tolerance range is 0.01–0.05 mm. Agree its direction, applicable dimensions and measurement basis for the actual part, including whether acceptance applies to the casting or to later machining. Mark dimensions that require optional machining so their acceptance can be reviewed separately from the cast geometry.
Choose the surface condition for the custom part
Shot blasting, polishing and brushing are available surface choices. Identify the surfaces involved and define the required appearance or functional criteria for each selected treatment. Match that surface requirement to the material and drawing revision used for the OEM/ODM enquiry.
Select the applicable standards and quality records
Certification and compliance scope includes ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS. Standards references include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS, with the applicable document and grade to be selected for the order. Agree the records and inspection acceptance needed for the component so the dimensional and surface requirements have a clear quality basis.
