Precision OEM/ODM part inquiries cover 304 and 316 stainless steel, brass and carbon-steel directions. Investment/lost-wax casting is followed by CNC machining and surface treatment for the selected work. Customer drawings define the size and dimensions, with a precision-shape direction and complete inspection to connect to the actual part.
Material selection and drawing-defined geometry
Select the exact grade and condition required for the component, then connect that choice to the customer drawing. The stainless-steel, brass and carbon-steel directions should be considered against the actual shape and intended function. Identify the interfaces and dimensions important to fit so the casting and CNC scope can be agreed for the same geometry.
Anodizing, powder coating, polishing or sandblasting
Surface directions include anodizing, powder coating, polishing and sandblasting. Assign the selected finish to the actual material and required areas, with compatibility and surface acceptance agreed for the component. The drawing can then connect the intended appearance and surface condition to the cast and CNC-finished geometry, keeping the finish scope specific to the selected part.
Precision shape and the inspection requirement
The precision-shape direction should be defined through actual dimensional and finished acceptance rather than an unspecified component form. For these steel/brass castings, inspection covers 100% of the parts, with checks agreed for the required dimensions and surfaces. The component's function, interfaces and operating conditions should be included in that definition, so the OEM/ODM inquiry addresses a specific finished-part requirement.
