OEM aluminum investment casting parts combine customized dimensions with a ±0.02 mm tolerance reference and Ra3.2–Ra6.3 roughness. Lost wax casting is the manufacturing direction, while carbon steel and stainless steel provide further material choices for a separately defined component.
Aluminum geometry and dimensional targets
Define the aluminum part through its overall shape and critical dimensions rather than a generic size label. The ±0.02 mm figure should be assigned to the relevant drawing features, with the required measurement stage agreed for the finished component. Ra3.2–Ra6.3 is a surface reference; clarify its unit and the surfaces to which it applies before using it as an acceptance target.
Four treatments for the chosen alloy
Chrome plating, powder coating, painting and electrophoretic treatment are finishing choices for the custom work. Select a treatment together with the actual alloy and identify which surfaces need it. Where a component has both appearance requirements and dimensional requirements, distinguish the treated areas from the features used for measurement so the enquiry describes one coherent part.
Inspection across four component settings
The application directions cover industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts. These OEM cast components receive 100% inspection, with the detailed acceptance requirements to be agreed for the selected design. An enquiry can therefore connect the intended component setting with its alloy, dimensions, surface treatment and inspection points, giving the casting requirement a clear technical basis.
