    Investment Brass Casting Service

Custom OEM investment casting provides pump impellers in stainless steel or cast iron, with alloy and CA15 material enquiries also supported. Casting can be combined with machining when the component requires it. CNC machining, polishing and customer-defined surface conditions help establish the finished impeller required by the pump assembly.

Match the impeller to its pump interfaces

An impeller enquiry needs more than a material family. Identify the exact grade and standard, then define the hub, bore and other mating geometry on the component drawing. Tolerances follow the customer's drawing request, so the dimensions that govern assembly should be distinguishable from general casting dimensions. This gives the casting and machining discussion a specific component to address.

Select machining and surface condition together

Optional machining and polishing allow the enquiry to distinguish cast surfaces from areas requiring further work. Mark those areas and state the desired finished condition instead of treating every surface as having the same requirement. The broader casting service also covers industrial, automotive, medical and furniture component enquiries; a brass investment-casting request needs its own material and manufacturing route selected.

Define inspection around actual pump duty

Pump impeller components receive 100% inspection, with the acceptance plan established for the ordered geometry and finish. State the operating duty and any component-specific checks needed to evaluate suitability in the actual pump. ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are qualification references for review against the current relevant object and scope. Combining these requirements with the impeller drawing makes the technical enquiry useful for assessing both manufacturing work and final acceptance.
