Custom OEM cast parts cover aluminum, zinc-alloy and magnesium directions, including aluminum gravity die casting. The work can extend from casting through deburring, drilling and threading. Size follows the customer's 3D drawing, allowing the inquiry to address the cast component and the secondary features it needs.

Material and casting-route choices

Select the exact alloy before choosing the casting route for the part. Aluminum die casting and aluminum gravity die casting are directions to discuss against its geometry, while zinc-alloy and magnesium components require their own material and process selection. The useful comparison concerns the proposed component, rather than treating every material and route as interchangeable.

  1. Identify the material and cast shape.
  2. Define the drilled and threaded features.
  3. Connect the finished dimensions to the client specification.

Deburred edges, drilled holes and threads

Deburring, drilling and threading give the casting inquiry a defined secondary-operation scope. Mark the relevant edges, hole positions and thread requirements in relation to the rest of the part. Tolerances follow the customer's drawing request, so cast geometry and finished interfaces should be reviewed together to establish what will be accepted.

Surface, color and full inspection

Surface treatment follows customer demand, and color can be customized. Choose the treatment and appearance for the selected alloy, considering both visible areas and the surfaces that connect with other parts. The service includes 100% inspection; agree the dimensional, thread and surface checks against the client specification. This connects the proposed finish and secondary operations to a clear acceptance basis for the custom OEM casting.
