Custom industrial OEM/ODM casting enquiries cover aluminum, iron and steel lost-wax investment cast components. Stainless steel, zinc and die-casting requirements can also be reviewed for a compatible material and forming route. Machining is available if needed, with shot blasting and polishing as named surface choices for the component.
Specify the metal and intended casting process
Select the grade and provide the part geometry that defines the industrial requirement. Confirm whether lost-wax investment or die casting is appropriate for that specific material and design. The enquiry should connect the forming choice with the component's function so the manufacturing scope relates to the actual part being requested.
Set the processing and surface requirements
Identify the areas requiring machining and state the dimensional limits from the customer's drawing. Shot blasting and polishing should be defined for the relevant faces and desired finished condition. Connect the surface instructions with the dimensions controlling fit so the custom part can be reviewed against its required state after processing.
Provide drawings and quality references
Accepted inputs include 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP files. DIN is the standard reference, with the applicable document to be identified for the component. IATF16949 certification is stated, with relevant scope to be confirmed for the work. Keep the grade, drawing revision, chosen route and dimensional or surface acceptance aligned across the enquiry so the OEM/ODM casting discussion has a defined technical basis.
