Industrial aluminum-part enquiries use custom dimensions through OEM/ODM work. Die casting and deburring are process directions, with CNC machining identified for the actual finished scope. Steel and investment-casting requests need the selected material and route agreed for the component.
Set the component and mold-making scope
Mold making is offered in house. Define the tooling requirements and acceptance together with the actual part geometry and selected alloy. Keep the tooling brief connected to the casting and finished-dimension requirements so the manufacturing discussion describes the same industrial component.
Coordinate casting, deburring and CNC
Choose the actual route and identify the CNC work required for the finished part. Define the dimensions and condition to be accepted after the selected work. Use those criteria to connect die casting and deburring with the component's final geometry rather than treating process names as a fixed sequence for every material request.
Choose the surface and project criteria
Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface directions. Select the treatment and finished condition required for the actual aluminum part. For an eco-friendly project request, agree the environmental criteria and the material/finish requirements that will be used for acceptance.
Define professional inspection
Professional inspection is offered for the work. Agree the checked characteristics and records against the component drawing, tooling and surface requirements. Provide the selected grade, route, mold-making scope and dimensional/finished criteria together to establish the actual OEM/ODM request.
