    OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping

OEM/ODM aluminum precision die casting is offered with prototyping, die-casting mold work and customization of size, material and surface finish. High-pressure and precision die casting are process choices for the requested component. The service can be defined around the cast-part design, its selected material and the acceptance needed for the finished condition.

Prototype and mold scope

Identify the component geometry and the mold work required for the prototype or production inquiry. Aluminum is the primary direction, with zinc, magnesium and stainless steel among the broader material choices. Agree the alloy and casting route for the actual part so the mold and component requirements are developed from the same design definition.

Dimensions and measurement methods

The tolerance reference is ±0.05 mm, with custom tolerances available. Measurement capabilities include CMM, projector and caliper, alongside 100% inspection. Define which dimensions will be checked and the acceptance that applies to them, connecting the requested precision with the component's geometry and the measurement plan used for its review.

Finish and application acceptance

For the selected part, surface options include mill finish, anodizing and powder coating. Salt-spray testing is also an inspection capability to discuss where surface acceptance requires it. Applications include automotive, electronics, industrial machinery and medical-device components, with the chosen finish and any test criteria to be agreed for the actual design and use.

  1. Supply the component definition in STP, STEP, IGS, PRT or X_T format.
  2. Select the material, mold/prototype scope and requested surface condition.
  3. Agree dimensional inspection and any surface-test acceptance for the part.

This gives the casting request a coherent design, manufacturing scope and review plan. It also keeps the available prototype and finishing choices connected to a specific component instead of a generic precision requirement.
