Custom aluminum auto-engine die-casting requests are supported by CNC and micro machining, OEM/ODM work and machining-to-assembly service. Samples and 100% inspection are offered, giving the inquiry both a component-development direction and a defined quality discussion.

Connect the engine part to its assembly

The useful starting point is the geometry of the engine component and the interfaces by which it joins the intended assembly. Identify the mating surfaces and finished dimensions that determine fit. This connects the aluminum casting request with the machining and assembly work needed for the actual part, with acceptance agreed for that engine application.

Allocate drilling, laser work, milling and turning

These four machining directions can be discussed alongside the micro-machining offer. The tolerance direction is 0.01 mm, with its applicable dimensions and inspection basis to be agreed. Mark the small details, reference surfaces and finished interfaces so each requested operation addresses an identified part of the component geometry.

Keep the selected metal with the process definition

Aluminum is the engine-casting direction, while wider material capabilities include brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Select the actual grade for the component and agree the corresponding route. A material change should be carried through the casting, machining and assembly definition before the work is finalized.

Use samples and inspection for specific acceptance

Samples can be discussed against the selected geometry, material and finished interfaces. Define which characteristics matter to the engine-part request and how they will be accepted. Pairing that definition with the 100% inspection offer gives both the sample discussion and the machining-to-assembly scope a clear basis for review.
