ApplicationFluid Control, Pipeline, Sanitary Equipment, Industrial Valve
Custom OEM stainless casting requests cover pump housing/cavity-shell components and multi-way valve manifold parts. Material directions are 304 and 316L, with silica-sol lost wax investment casting and CNC machining. Select the actual component drawing and fluid-duty requirements before agreeing its manufacturing and finished acceptance.
Pump geometry or manifold arrangement
Identify the pump housing/cavity shell or multi-way manifold required for the project. Define its flow geometry and mating interfaces on the actual component drawing. Allocate cast and CNC-machined dimensional limits to those locations, with the selected stainless specification and measurement basis.
Four finish choices
Shot blasting, pickling, passivation and electropolishing are the surface-treatment directions. Choose the applicable method and areas for the selected casting, with its required final condition. Connect that finish to the material and dimensional acceptance of the actual fluid component.
Dimensional inspection before shipping
Inspection covers 100% dimensional inspection before shipping. Agree which cast and CNC-machined characteristics are checked and the methods and records used. Any leakage, pressure or other functional test needed by the project requires its own selected criteria and scope.
Fluid-control and equipment duty
Application directions include fluid control, pipeline, sanitary equipment and industrial valves. Define the actual fluid, working conditions and equipment interfaces relevant to the chosen component. Agree material/finish/contact criteria for any sanitary-service requirement and evidence for required pressure, temperature or corrosion performance. Confirm quantity and OEM responsibility with that accepted drawing, finish and inspection scope.
