Warranty of core components3 years
New vertical electric digital wax-injection equipment is offered for jewelry lost wax work, with a pressure gauge and a 110 V/220 V dual-voltage direction. The dimensional reference is 38 cm and power is 0.5 kW. Confirm the actual supplied unit and its working arrangement.
Selected supply and dimensional scope
Agree the selected unit's actual electrical rating, connection and operating instructions for the required supply. Confirm the physical object and dimensional axis represented by 38 cm. Check the actual equipment arrangement against the intended jewelry injection-mold setup and usable working geometry.
100 kN choice and actual mold fit
The actual clamping-force selection is a 100 kN reference, with its working scope for wax injection to establish. Obtain the selected unit's usable mold height and full geometry before matching a mold. Define the wax formulation, pressure-gauge/injection operating limits and accepted wax-pattern accuracy with the actual controls and instructions.
Core components and provided inspection records
Core-component directions are PLC, pressure vessel, pump and motor. Confirm their actual scope in the supplied equipment and the required operating conditions. A machinery test report and outgoing-inspection video are provided. Review those documents for the actual unit's scope and results against the required wax-injection functions.
Separate machine and core-component coverage
The machine warranty is six months, while core-component warranty is three years. Agree the coverage and service responsibility for the respective equipment objects. Confirm included tools, instructions and complete supplied scope together with the accepted mold, wax, electrical and control requirements before ordering.
