Near-net-shape precision foundry enquiries cover custom mechanical components in steel and other selected metals. Lost-wax, investment and sand casting are process directions. Machining is optional, with surface treatment selected around the actual part and required finished condition.
Grade and casting-route selection
Material references include stainless steel 304, 316 and 2205, iron, titanium, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250. Choose the actual specification and grade for the mechanical component. Agree its casting route and drawing dimensions with the intended duty. Keep the material designation and the selected process clear when reviewing the part.
Finishing and custom-logo requests
Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are surface-treatment directions. Select the treatment for the chosen metal and define the covered surfaces and required result. OEM and ODM enquiries are welcomed, including custom-logo requests. Define the logo requirement with the component geometry and finished condition.
Component inspection and document scope
Quality control includes 100% inspection for the near-net-shape mechanical casting enquiry. Agree the component dimensions, surfaces and checks covered by that inspection. ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are certification or compliance references. Confirm the relevant documents and their actual scope for the requested component.
- Manufacturing request
- Bring the grade, drawing, mechanical duty and selected casting and machining operations together.
- Finished acceptance
- Agree the dimensional, surface, logo and inspection criteria for the actual part.
