Custom metal casting services support iron, steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and zinc-alloy directions. Die, investment, sand and gravity casting are available process groups, with vacuum investment/lost-wax directions also offered. Coordinated OEM/ODM support brings the selected casting and finish requirements into one component discussion.

Material-compatible casting selection

Choose the actual grade and geometry before selecting a casting route. Define which process applies to the component and how it relates to the required dimensions, rather than treating every material and route as a single configuration. The selected metal and process should remain explicit in the request.

Four finish choices

Surface directions include electroplating, electrophoretic finishing, painting and powder coating. Identify the treatment required for the actual metal and the surfaces it must cover. Agree the finished condition and appearance criteria alongside the component dimensions.

Application requirements for the component

Application directions include automobile, motorcycle, electronics and medical-device components. Define the intended role and operating conditions of the actual part, together with any application-specific qualification requirements. Those criteria should guide material, process and acceptance decisions for the selected project.

Samples and acceptance scope

Samples are available for the casting service. Agree what the sample must demonstrate, including geometry, dimensional acceptance and the selected finish. Connecting sample evaluation to the component requirements gives the OEM/ODM discussion a clear basis for reviewing the proposed casting.
