Fully refined, unfilled art-casting wax supports bronze and copper sculpture lost-wax investment casting with high-strength and dimensional-stability scope. The wax is solid and industrial grade. Supply enquiries include semi-pellets or blocks, with the granular form selected against the actual sculpture-pattern process and its material-handling requirements.

Keep the ash and water limits exact

SPL ash content is at most 0.015%, while SPL water content is at most 0.1%. Agree the relevant test basis and required material acceptance for the selected sculpture process. Review these limits alongside the pattern design and applicable casting-cycle instructions, preserving their actual comparison relationship when defining the wax request.

Review thermal and viscosity references separately

The melting-point reference is 65–68 and the IP76 congealing-point reference is 57–62, with temperature units and test conditions to confirm. IP71 viscosity is 35–55cps at 100°C. Keep the stated viscosity condition with that value and agree the applicable thermal instructions before choosing the working process for the wax.

Assess the sculpture pattern's strength and stability

Define the actual bronze or copper sculpture geometry and the details that the wax pattern must preserve. Agree the handling and dimensional acceptance needed for that design, then assess the relevant strength, stability and surface detail. Use the selected solid form and actual process conditions when comparing the accepted pattern result.

Define the OEM or ODM material enquiry

OEM/ODM customization is available for the art wax. Confirm the selected form, property-test basis and required pattern/casting acceptance before adopting the material for the intended cycle. Bring those conditions together with the applicable handling and burnout instructions so that the review addresses the actual sculpture production task.
