Fully refined solid wax is directed to bronze-sculpture lost-wax casting and work in the bronze industry. Industrial/high-grade directions and OEM/ODM customization accompany supply as semi-pellets or blocks. The selected formulation, supplied form and sculpture-pattern process should define the actual material inquiry.
Melting and congealing reference conditions
The melting-point reference is 65–68, while the congealing reference is IP76 at 57–62. Agree the temperature units for both references and their applicability to the selected formulation. Keep melting and congealing roles distinct when defining the wax procedure and the actual pattern conditions required for the bronze-sculpture task.
SPL ash/water limits and IP71 viscosity
The SPL ash-content limit is at most 0.015%, and the SPL water-content limit is at most 0.1%. Viscosity at 100°C is referenced as IP71 at 35–55 cps. Connect those actual values and conditions to the selected material and test-method acceptance. The SPL, IP76 and IP71 references should retain their material/test meaning within the agreed formulation and inspection scope.
Semi-pellets, blocks and the sculpture pattern
Select the actual semi-pellet or block supply form with the required formulation and OEM/ODM scope. Define the sculpture-pattern geometry, tooling and process conditions needed for the chosen wax. Agree the pattern and burnout acceptance for that bronze work, including the thermal-unit and test criteria relevant to it. This provides a specific material/process basis for the industrial bronze-casting inquiry.
