    Customer's Drawing Required

Customized SS316 stainless-steel components are offered in a precision lost-wax investment-casting direction. OEM inquiries are defined around the actual component, and the customer's drawing is required for its size. Applicable standard families include DIN, AISI, ASTM, BS and JIS.

SS316 around the component's intended role

Select the exact stainless material requirement for the part's function and operating conditions. The SS316 direction should be connected to the component being made and the acceptance it must satisfy. Defining that relationship gives the material inquiry a clear purpose within the finished part.

A customer drawing establishes the size

The drawing should identify the component form, dimensions and mating interfaces. Agree the acceptance required for those dimensions so the customized size can be reviewed against the intended assembly. The cast geometry and its interfaces need to address the same component role and selected material requirement.

DIN, AISI, ASTM, BS or JIS requirement

Choose the particular standard and its applicable scope for the material and part. Relate that requirement to the drawing dimensions and component acceptance being considered. The selected family should lead to an agreed requirement for the actual casting rather than remain a general material reference.

Finished condition for the custom inquiry

Define the surface condition and dimensional acceptance needed for the component's actual use. Include the interfaces and operating environment in that discussion alongside its selected material and standard. Those details bring the drawing, SS316 direction and lost-wax manufacturing request together in a component-specific OEM inquiry.
