OEM/ODM turbine wheel, blade and impeller casting requests can include CNC machining. For Inconel material and KJ66-related inquiries, define the exact alloy, component geometry and intended assembly before agreeing the work.

Establish the actual turbine component and alloy

Identify the wheel, blade or impeller being requested and select the actual material grade. Stainless steel, steel, titanium and other alloys also form part of the wider material-request menu, with allocation to the component to be agreed. Keep the chosen alloy attached to the geometry and operating acceptance required for that particular part.

Connect shaft interfaces to finished dimensions

Provide the shaft and mating-interface dimensions that determine how the component joins its assembly. The dimensional tolerance direction is 0.01 mm, with its relevant features, operations and acceptance method to be defined. Include the intended operating duty in the component discussion so dimensional fit and application acceptance are considered together.

Define any threaded connection explicitly

For a required threaded interface, agree whether the thread is full or partial and provide the actual thread definition. Identify the mating connection and the dimensions used to accept it. This gives the thread request a specific relationship to the custom component rather than treating a generic thread direction as a finished connection specification.

Identify the required document and acceptance scope

Where a DIN requirement applies, identify the actual document and its relevance to the ordered part. Combine it with the selected alloy, interface drawing and dimensional and operating acceptance criteria. These inputs provide a practical basis for an Inconel or KJ66-related turbine inquiry with OEM/ODM casting and CNC work.
